Refund policy

We want you to pay only if the reports are useful to you.

Your first payment

If your first paid period isn't useful, email us within 14 days of paying and we'll refund it in full. You don't need to give a reason.

After that

• You can cancel anytime. You won't be charged again, and you keep access until the end of the paid period.
• We don't refund partial months.
• The founding offer is billed monthly like every plan, so the same rules apply.

Billing mistakes

Double charges, and charges after you cancelled, are always refunded in full.

How to ask

Reply to your receipt or write to hello@bemention.com from the email you paid with. Refunds are issued through Polar, our merchant of record, to your original payment method, and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days.
